What It Means To Be A Meerkat

The Meerkats are a family. Real meerkats watch out for each other. Just like your coach, one looks out while the others learn, grow, and discover. When you wear the Meerkats leotard or call yourself a Meerkat, you’re saying:

I try my best, even when a skill feels big or scary.
I clap for my teammates — and for other gymnasts too.
I remember that one routine never decides my worth.
I listen to my coaches and take corrections with a brave heart.
I show grace: when I stick it, when I wobble, and when I fall.
